It's definitely misleading to call it "DeFi." The Monero is held in a trusted wallet by the Incognito team

I did some research early this week and the details are really light on how the trading engine works

Perhaps most importantly, you done earn Monero, you earn PRV. This is only traded in Incognito, not any exchange, so the internal trading engine kinda sets the price of it? Really it's hard for me to tell

That said, the trading engine seems to be based on Uniswap. I don't know it very well

Bitpay's limits are an absolute joke, and their compliance expectations are extreme

it pays to a bank account an the base ANNUAL limit is only $500 lol

submit far more docs and info than their website suggests, and it's raised to $10k annually (max $1k/day)

I asked to onboard MAGIC to tier 2, and the questions they asked for a nonprofit were absurd, asking what money transmission registrations I had. Luckily I can read in-between the lines since it's my job, and basically every response was "this is not applicable because MAGIC is not a VASP and is not required to be registered with FinCEN." But the default process is absolutely insane
