the problem is that you now have btc :)

and very well might be tainted btc

Say you buy btc from an exchange

Withdraw to a unique btc address each time

Then go to bisq and exchange the btc into monero but use the same monero address for each transaction and the same seller

As far as I understand, it's not possible to do P2P payments with the current Fiat systems. They all require rails. Imagine the banks being stations, and Visa/Mastercard/Wire/ACH being rails that run between them. Some proposed CBDC implementations would allow for P2P payments without the rails.
