i would include that items 1-3 involve migrating to the getmonero git server, or somewhere other than github ... maybe. well, not even monero has done that migration yet

I'm not sure when the next community meeting is, but we should schedule a discussion about a bare minimum behavior to be expected on all the main IRC Monero channels. Lately the same offtopic/provocative/rude type of language and discussions are going rampant in several channels, and can deter newcomer to stick around or take part.
