it's worth noting there is a third entity that is now asking for 5% of the dev reward. But don't make any quick assertions yet

The third entity shares beneficial ownership with the ECC, and likely is a recipient of the current Founder's Reward. So in a large way, the money is still ending in the same hands no matter what

In any case, I think the way this played out will have severe consequences for Zcash in the long-term

And it further isolates Monero as one of the only projects with a Bitcoin-like "structure"

My understanding by 'posts' was that you were seeing a bunch of subreddit posts about Monero issues rather than them filing issues

Granted, people may not read the sidebar on the sub, better might improve volume

*but might decrease inappropriate post volume all the same for those wvo do read :)
