You can ask, but I'm not gonna answer. Some sellers are better than others. Some selective scammers you have to watch out for. Some people want a note or a picture of your ID

Anyone up for helping me debug an xmrig ->xmrig-proxy setup that seems to be hashing away but nothing is showing up on the pool side of things?

Using the right address ? The right pool ?

Yes and yes. :) Those are the first two things I quadruple checked.

I'm connecting to the pool from the proxy with no issues, my workers are happily hashing away, and I've used that receive address before and mined successfully with it before.

pool in proxy config overrides everything in xmrig config, check your wallet addres in proxy config

The only sign of wonkiness I get is an occasional "connection reset by peer" message on the proxy.

hiya all. were doing a transfer with the CLI, and getting a warning bout security. something like "Transaction spends more than one very old output. Privacy would be better if they were sent separately." the originating funds are in a single subaddress. not sure how to handle this with better privacy. thanks

Maybe exchange some Monero with someone else who's friendly. The problem is that, being old outputs, if they're seen on the chain as going to the same person at the same time the likelihood of them having been sent by the same person from the same wallet is high.

At least, that's my understanding.

You can try again till it doesn't pick two old outs. If you don't have new outs, you can either do it anywya, since it's no biggie, or send one such output to yourself (sweep_single) and send the original tx a bit later.

so if im tryin ta send the whole amount from the sub-address then maybe splitting it into a few smaller transfers?

I think there's a way to spend specific outputs... or freeze some too.
