  You've got to give more information that just having trouble. Give symptoms, any error message, etc.

  From what you've said, I'll say it's likely to be a known bug with dandelion tx propagation, but it might be other things.

  You can also try blocking the nodes in gui.xmr.pm/files/block.txt, they are assholes that don't relay txes.

  Also, if you run the dameon with --log-level 1, it might give more information if the tx is rejected.

  IF it's *not* rejected, it's probably the dandelion bug or an asshole peer.

  Connection should be within a second, unless network issues. Assuming you have the right address and the node's running.
