I heard earlier that the download link to the GUI installer downloads 0.17.1.0 and just had another report that the GUI DL link installs the old version

in _config there is an old nginx.conf

btw i looked the caching problem up not too long ago and iirc the problem could be related to the missing etag header. Right now we use the header "cache-control" "max-age=0". The missing etag could be the cause of the caching issues.
