self hosted gitlab feels more suited for companies and not open source projects, github works better for us

I just noticed luigi already gave me triage permissions. I'm gonna clean up the issues on github, then we can start the migration.

About the labels, i found some scripts that import all labels from one github repo to another. I'll just create a repo, create the labels there and then ask luigi to import them to monero-site
