So, what about the Technical Specs page? web.getmonero.org/technical-specs i'm updating it, but at the end is it really needed?

Who is the intended audience? And does the information help them?

We could add those info somewhere else, right now, beside being outdated, they are not very informative

It isn't a protocol specification, and I don't know how much a potential reader cares about how block size and penalties are computed

SerHack: We could just link to the library, so that people could choose the source they prefer according to their needs (Both zero to monero and mastering monero are there)

tbh monerodice is close to scammy now. It's supposed to fix the attempted scam at some point, and is said to be coming back soon for years now. It seems mighty fishy.

I asked pony a couple times and it was some sort of noncommital "on the back burner" IIRC. For years.
