I'm adding a new paper to the MRL archive and didn't recall the specifics of what to mark in translation language files

IIRC you wanted the "translated" flag to stay "yes"

but to have English versions of all the strings included in each language file?

We don't have a "partially translated" kind of warning. So i would say if there is a good amount of english text, better change to "no" so to trigger tje warning. Now there are two papers in english only, so i think would be better that way.

For the other languages depends by the amount of translated text, as i said above.

Anyway sarang, just do the english part if you prefer, i will check all the other languages one by one

I'm adding a link to our new IACR paper, so there would be a title string and an abstract string, like for all the other papers

So I should add the English strings to all languages, and then flip the translated flag to "no" on all non-English language files?

I don't mind adding to all of them; I want to make sure it's done correctly, that's all

Sarang: if there is more english than localized text in the non-english files, yes, better put "translated=no" if the non-english file is translated and only title + abstract of new paper is in english, better leave translated "yes".
