eh? i haven't seen intel putting up good per-core numbers. it's still cache starved

i guess i don't have a high end ryzen to compare it to. but the i7 7700k gets 722 h/s per thread

I'm getting 807 h/s on single thread with 3900x running at 3900Mhz

Big problem with Intel chips is they usually need hyperthreading to get good chip utilization

but they don't have anywhere near enough cache to keep all threads busy

so you see a 28 core chip that can only run 12 threads

or some other nonsense
