48 cores and HBM2 memory

no numbers for caches

looks like 8MB L2 for 12 cores. Meh.

still seems like only AMD provides enough cache per core

so does AMD have any protection for its process stacking? I.e., plop 7 nm stuff on top of 14 nm stuff?

cause intel's rx h/s per core is so much better than amd's. fun to think what 64 thread i7 would do
