Folks, the proposal of the guy willing to translate the GUI in norwegian has been merged. I'm refreshing the language files so that he (and other translators at this point) can work on an updated codebase. I think it makes sense since it's community funded work. Will open the PR in few minutes. We can refresh again later on

the one i'm talking about contains html tags, since is a new translatable string, i would prefer to strip the tags right now
