that block header thing for tx_extra is interesting.

well, not header. but coinbase tx.

cause you could make it so the consensus is (whatevers in the code) + (whatevers been in the coinbase_tx for the past n blocks)

though i guess you'd get a bloaty chain, but you could just reference some reference blocks coinbase_tx
