If I want to integrate Monero payments into a website, should I use integrated addresses, or subaddresses?

sech1: rationale behind that? If I understand correctly, integrated addresses can be generated without having the private spend key, which makes using them this much safer.

I think there's a limitation on coinbase reward that can only go to regular addresses, but it's only relevant for mining
