A more serious approach to determining the appropriate timeout for the mining test in functional_tests_rpc. The timeouts are calculated separately for RX init and for the mining of subsequent blocks themselves. Printing also available RAM, in case the RX init went wrong, which needs above 3 GB of RAM.
