We started translated a little bit earlier, so we'll have finished Milestone 1 later today. Wheee! :)

I have a node on 0.17.1.3 + banlist which sends transactions every 5 minutes (like a canary)

never ended up on their list :D

no. but you can invite an anti-spam bot (Sigyn) and get her to do that
