The official conference website is online since Wednesday.

We and all the other villages have our areas assigned, and they are mostly error free.

There is lots of room for improvement on the website, I'm not sure how interested we are in trying for details during this meeting.

Any questions about the current state of village affairs at Grayhat, or does anyone have more information about this?

3. Secretary (msvb)

Staff roles and benefits are documented in project management as usual.

Another five people approximately, have pledge to deliver presentations as well. But they are not recorded yet.

6. Operations (ajs-mob)

This was not nice to put ajs's name on the agenda without asking. If you don't have ideas about operations, we can go to #7.

what is the current a/v setup? i see there is a link to twitch in the village profile on the site.

I have news about this.

Most villages are prerecording their speeches.

And Grayhat has offered to process our video and audio for us if we send it to them.

So they will apply Grayhat overlays and adjust audio if we want them to do so.

I think we have all the freedom to develop and maintain our own content systems if we want (rather than sending Grayhat the content.)

If we want them to produce our content in the way they invited, they want it before 14 October.

yes, I make a note about it in taiga.

I'd do a gdrive test. If someone want to PM me their gmail I can add them and try, it should work

Yes, 17 October.

It's a very soft deadline, more like 'Redteam village is requiring from their speakers to provide content by 17 October.' I think the producer 'on loan' is the same one at Redteam.

Our discord (at Grayhat server) account has been created for us.

So every staff person can already claim their account, or whatever it's called.

It's the same procedure as Defcon, so there may be a click robot for human detection.

...then 'Grayhat Discord'. We should do this, in case people arrive during the conference for the same reason we did at Defcon.

Part of this topic relates to choosing and producing the intro and outro music for our presentations, but if we are prerecording and Grayhat is producing for us then they will do all the work and choose the music they like best.
