actually if you read the last page of that thread apparently they voted to dissolve the workgroup in 2016

I never really investigated, but there were no organized groups at the time, that i know of at least. Going to look for proofs :P

so, my first ffs proposal to coordinate it was on november 2017 (forum.getmonero.org/22/completed-ta…alization-group-various-maintenance), but the workgroup was already operative some months before. I should look up when i created the freenode room.
