My biggest issue is that the power-racks at the gym are too short for me to properly do OHP's.

Nah you use airflow tiles to surround it. Then depending on whether it's a heavy or light liquid it's flipped upside down (heavy liquid needs a pressure sensor too)

Light liquids just need 700kg of a heavy liquid
