I just PRd the change to the versioning system we used to use fo the user guides. Actualky, i got rid of it in favour of a much simpler approach. The PR is quite big and touches more than 300 files, but the main changes are in /_includes/disclaimer.html. So, if you review, focus on that file: monero-project/monero-site #966

My goal is to reuse this system for other sections, like the moneropedia.

Anyway, these days i'm focusing on the user guides, i will check them and use the new snippet to signal their status (my following PRs will be based on 966)
