with all the moving around between servers etc. over the years, I think it would be good practice for us to move the CCS hot wallet to a new address

we sweep periodically and manually, so there's always a chance that some funds could be stolen

eg. if someone had lifted the key some time ago and just not used it

A big PR that need a review is repo.getmonero.org/monero-project/monero-site/merge_requests/1215. Please somebody review it, it's big, but not really if it's commit is reviewed singularly :)
