zkaoLyza: our signatures would work with the cooperative case of taproot, the issue is, the cooperative case only works because there exists the non-cooperative case where you disclose the script and enforce it anyway, thus better settle for cheaper privately. Monero can't support the non-cooperative case, thus it can't work.

Thomas[m]4It is not taproot related but schnorr makes things like adaptor signatures really easy which allow for some form script

Thomas[m]4however, the same way you can do adaptor sigs using ecdsa and not requiring schnorr, you can do adaptor sigs on clsag and don't need schnorr per se
