Depends on what exactly you want to measure

Just the signature verification? Signature verification with balance check? Range proofs too?

Also worth noting that for comparison purposes, quoting numbers between different implementations/libraries does not give an accurate representation of relative algorithm performance necessarily

e.g. if Reuben wishes to compare the _current implementations_ of Lelantus and CLSAG, then running tests on the same machine with different libraries could suffice, provided it's clear exactly what parts of verification are being compared

But to compare the _algorithms_ accurately requires either comparisons of operations, or using the same libraries
