Happy almost end of the year, all

I'm continuing some Omniring work, with the hope of determining both the feasibility of multisignatures and safe batching of operations

This would be especially useful since Omniring integrates range proofs directly, which is great for proof sizes but currently wasteful due to the lack of batching support

If real_or_random is around, I have a question about some notation from that paper
