the pool cant get new templates (daemon rpc baulking) so they been stuck mining an old block template.

the net code in daemon and wallet not particularly reliable...

my own v0.16 daemon is unable to mine, always gets an invalid txn error and stops

if you're mining with xmrig you'll probably be fine
