we talked about this already, README is full of misinformation and the algo is not ASIC resistant

their implementation is copyrighted, RandomX is just a PoW specification

they can add their copyright for the go implementation but the original copyright must be written down somewhere

For rewrites, it's a bit of a grey area. A translation would fall under derivative work. A reimplemtation from the spec would not.

A patent would carry over to a complete reimplementation.
