connecting to a clearnet remote node and fiat price updates now work without having to manually start with torsocks

to get simple/bootstrap mode to work, it would still require starting monerod on a different port (#2956)

I wonder how difficult it would be to add proxy support to daemon.

2956 + daemon proxy support would be ideal to avoid weird torsocks issues, but like I said no idea how difficult that would be
