Hi. Does anyone know about the apparent bug about running code from foreign dll files on Windows ?

AFAIK this got patched by making an installer binary. Someone's claiming it also happens with the installer. I want to know whether someone knows about windows and this in general and wants to fix it so I can give them the details :)

We can't fix the OS, of course. Suggested to report this to MS Windows team instead
