I'm experiencing a weird bug/issue

I'm sending funds from Ledger using GUI

I go through the Tx generation process normally, address is verified correct, etc

Connected to remote node

Once I finish signing the Tx it shows as sent properly

But when viewing the "Transactions" page, none of the Txs have sent (all are pending for >1h), and all keep disappearing and reappearing on the "Transactions" page

Could actually be me, just added --tx-proxy to my node
