About kovri. We already started to clean up references to it on the website. Maybe worth to add a disclaimer about the fact that the development moved on gitlab and outside the monero-project umbrella. Then IMO can be removed completely from there. At the end the project still exists, but it's not developed there (if it is developed at all)
