the roadmap is outdated

at the protocol level, 1) exact block rewards will be required (miners can currently accept less than the maximum, although no one is doing so afaik); 2) CLSAG replacing MLSAG is under consideration (paper is in development, and the Noethers are hoping to get it peer reviewed before stamping it for go-ahead)

there are various other ideas floating around, but none with clear support
