question about the "Transaction uses more than one very old output" warning message.

i get this even when the available outputs are individually more than the requested transfer amount

so, if it's true that "privacy would be better if they were sent individually," shouldn't the picker just do that?

secondly, it's not clear what to do about it even manually. AFAIK i cannot manually construct a single input tx with change using the cli, so the only thing i can do is sweep_one to myself, wait the 10 confirms, and then try again? am i missing something?

in the codebase, where is the field that miners can ask for how much of the coinbase reward they want for the block they mine

set min_outputs_* to something that won't make it want to include a second output.

Looks like it's already done: grep for // from hard fork 2, we cut out the low significant digits. This makes the tx smaller, and

also, why set it to 12 and not 13 since version 12 allows for less than max rewards if you want it

13 is better.
