selsta I tried expanding the github actions yml for depends as well, but their shell view is unusably slow after a thousand or so lines of logged output. Pity, it has much longer timeout times than travis, meaning we could potentially even run gitian builds through it.

There is also a download log function.

Maybe you can view the shell with it?

is there a flag I need to set to enable trezor support? looking at the cmake files this should be on by default

kpcyrd: Make sure to install Trezor dependencies.

Maybe you don't have libprotobuf-dev and protobuf-compiler. There may be other deps.
