ZEC is doing about 4k transactions per day

the vast majority of them are public/unshielded transactions that are no different than bitcoin

XMR is doing 24k transactions perday

But, of course, if it goes mandatory privacy, it will get delisted from exchanges that currently only allow unsheilded transfers

correct. view keys show incoming txs. you have to import key images to see outgoing. You might also be interested in `get_reserve_proof` to prove that a wallet has at least a certain balance
