im having trouble getting in peers through a wireguard vpn and the vpn offers a port forward but im not sure which option i need to set on monerod, `--p2p-bind-port` or `--p2p-external-port`? im trying to get around the vps throttling P2P connections.

can someone who has a public monerod post the output of `print_net_stats` for me to compare?

and maybe an accompanying `status`?

im trying to see if im still being throttled somehow or if thats just how the stats look after the chain is most recent?

i think i wrongly assumed that because the in/out avg speeds were so low that i was being throttled.

since the limits are so high
