AV1 is difficult to encode. They have to find a tradeoff between bandwidth and CPU power.

the actual registration costs are low, but it takes time to prepare all the docs and make sure you are meeting all the requirements

I can probably utilize a lawyer if needed. My workplace has the odd, but useful benefit of lawyer retainership through Hyatt Legal of $20/month. Most coworkers use it for wills I believe, but I could probably find a lawyer through it if legals costs is a sizable chunk of the pie
