rehrar: I'm leaning toward doing both

doing both community meeting and coffee chat? duh. That's what I'm suggesting.

maybe we can do the community meeting at 17 utc and the coffee chat at 18:30 utc

I'm worried about doing 17 and 18. the community meeting is sometimes hard to cram into an hour
